While you were sleeping, the knife fairy left you $500 under your pillow. How would you spend it? Of course, it must be on a knife or knives.

Wow, I would hope I dreamed that every night! I guess I would have to start with an old Marbles Fixed Blade, maybe like the Safety Folding Fish Knife and then from there.......

Tools, tools and materials to make more knives :-)

The materials to build a 2 inch grinder

Maybe a custom knife.

Add to my collection of Philippine weapons.

Easy!!!

First, I buy a #73 Stag scout from GEC. That sets me back about $130.00. I still have $370.00 left over so I go back to the store.

This time I come back with an Ebony #72 lock back. I'm down another $73, but I have about $300 bucks yet. So, I'm at the store again. Okay, now I pull the trigger on a #68 White owl, it has the Dusk Buffalo so I'm down $80 more dollars. Not problem, I have about $220.00 to go.

I've been wanting this one for a while so I have to pull the trigger on a #33 Conductor. It's a Tidioute with second cut stag scales and it turns out to be the best pen knife I have had in a long time. I just lost $75 on this purchase so I'm looking at somewhere close to $150 in my pocket.

Okay, I just decided on a #53 Cattle Rancher, it has the jigged Yellow Rose. I'm left with about $30 bucks in my pocket, so I can't get another GEC, maybe I get a Case peanut???

Wow, Johnny...Thats a pretty good shopping spree

On second thought: Screw tools and materials I already have too many as it is!....$500 would finally be an excuse for me to buy those slipjoints I've wanted for ages:

A GEC Cattle Baron

a GEC EZ open

and a GEC Toothpick or powderhorn (probably both)

and still have some $$ to spare for the knifeshow coming in April or something else that might take my fancy in the mean time.

As many Geppettos as I could.

Nice one JJ, I might get me one with the spare $$$

I wouldn't buy any knifes per say... I would buy all the gear i needed to start making my own.  Then I could make all the knifes I would want. :D

Alex,

Nice wish list, I like them all

JJ,

Can we buy bulk?

Kit,

whats the first peice of equipment you would get?
