Well Steve, just off the top of my head, I'd say it's from maybe late 50's to 60's.  looks like Pakkawood handles (Stratta-Wood or Wonda-Wood). I've forgotten a lot about the old Schrades, and I don't have any of my Schrade catalog collection anymore.  Sorry, that's about the best I can do.
