   Hi all. I was just wondering if anyone recognized the stamp on the blade of this old iron-handled pocket knife. It looks to be made of just four parts, two parts for the handle, one for a spring, and the blade. I can not read the stamp except for "something knife company", but I thought if someone else has one that they may recognize it or be able to fill in the blanks. It is a little knife under 4 inches long. Thank-you.

Update, someone suggested that it says "Canton Knife Company" on the blade. Could this be from Samuel Mason's company in Canton, OH that he ran from about 1871 to 1875 ? His patent for an iron knife almost exactly describes this knife:
