Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

A colleague at work was looking for a knife that had a cap lifter on the end.   I had a Gerber Crevice that has done nothing by collect dust for over a year.  I showed it to him --  he liked it.  It is his Crevice now.  It's a good feeling when you give a person a knife.

I agree Tobias, a rare feeling nowadays. I am all for trading, giving, sharing for a time. Its a great way for people to try different knives and..... who knows.... if you gave that knife to someone who never collected...just might spark a whole new direction for him.

Is it is, a good feeling. I give knives away all the time.....whether they want them or not. LOL! Seriously, everyone I've given a knife to, they've appreciated it. I bet it made your colleague happy!

We give knives all the time. Its a great thing to have a family of knife collectors.

I take people hunting and fishing, sometimes. Quite often, they bring a young boy are girl on the trip. I enjoy giving them, [with their parents permission] a folding knife. The brand is a Rough Rider or something similar, not too much money involved. The young, really appreciate the knife. I enjoy giving it to them.

We have been watching 3 budding collectors that dont even know they are yet.  But they see a knife the like and come here. How do I find it, tell me about it

All younger men, that can have all the time they want

One is the house sitter and he gets a knife from every show we go to :)
