Hi gang,

I have a Vintage KA-BAR 61106LG  (1927 - 1930 era) KA-BAR%20thumb%20release%20folder%20shield%20side.jpg with a few issues.
It has two large cracks on the shield side scale and it has side to side blade wobble. It also does not lock tightly when fully opened.
Otherwise, it is very nice.

Any ideas on what it's worth??....Gonna keep it and was just wondering.

Thanks for any help!!

Mike

Wish I could help on the value-but I have no idea. You have a great ole knife even with its issues. I don't blame you, if I had it I would keep it also.

William searching eBay, I see most Dogs Head knives around $100. Looking for more Vintage knives a 1907 Hobo asking price is $450. So the knife you have with problems you pointed out would probably bring about the middle of that price range. That's not an official estimate but an educated guess.
