Well I bought the stuff and decided I would make Kydex Sheaths along side my knife store.  Took an old Bowie and made this last last night.  The Bowie had no sheath.

That looks good Marc. How difficult was that? Did it take a while to make? I have never made sheath like that but it looks like it came out pretty good for you.

Yes you do.  I bought a press.  I picked up a ban saw, and a sander at a good price from a friend.  I then picked up a pile of kydex.  So I just started trying.  Took me about 30 minutes on first one.  I made another one tonight for an Esee-3.  I will show a picture of it as well.  On heating I used a heat gun I bought at Harbor Freight.
