My dad recently picked this cool old Marbles piece up and I'm trying to help him find some info on it.  It's not stamped with a number like most are and he says it has the early-style head attachment.  Can anyone offer any info?  Any idea what it's worth?  Thanks for any help you can offer!

This is a Marbles No. 5 safety axe.  They still make them and can be purchased for about $30.

I think these Marble's axes are pretty interesting.  That No5 looks to be in pretty good shape.  I have a No.9. that to me looks in good shape,
