Great news, Jeremy! Let the healing begin.

And, Jeremy, since I'm such a curious sort, would you mind telling me what knife, or kind of knife, Kaleb cut himself with?

It was with this SOG Jungle Canopy. https://www.smkw.com/sog-jungle-canopy

Holy Cow! I guess y'all should be grateful that he didn't do more damage. That thing's practically a machete! And here I was envisioning a puny little folding knife as the culprit that cut the tendon. That "knife" could have taken his whole hand off!.

I'm really happy to hear that the surgeon was able to repair the damage. Sometimes we pay a heavy price for a moment of carelessness. But the lessons we can learn will last a lifetime. I say that from personal experience!

I love the photograph, btw. And Kaleb certainly is a good looking young man! He must take after his mother? D'oh! Sorry, I had to get one in on ya! lol Have a good weekend...all of you!

Thanks for the good news, Jeremy.
Keeping Kaleb in our prayers.

On 6/8/16the knife world lost a legendary dealer and a very good man.  Join me in prayer for the family of Mr. Clarence Risner.  May the Lord bring them peace in this time of loss.

I am so sorry to hear of Mr. Risner's passing. I am sure he will be missed by many. Prayers for the family.

Praying for the Risner family.

My heartfelt sympathy and condolences to the Risner family for their loss.

Sorry to hear of his loss. He was an innovator in the cutlery industry. My condolences.

Getting to my desk for the first time since returning from Blade, I was so shocked to read this news this morning.  Danny and I got to know Clarence and his family over the past two years at the Knife Days show in Wilmington, OH. Our tables were always right next to theirs and what a blessing that turned out to be.  He was so gracious, funny, and downright sassy by the time the weekend was over each time.:)  I will miss seeing Clarence each year forward, but do hope to remain in touch with Betty, Austin, and Pam.

I pray peace comes quickly for Clarence's family and friends.  May God continue to watch over each of them.

Over 100 families need prayers today.  Regardless of personal belief, take a moment to pray for those families please

Your right Jan. My heart goes out to all victims and their families!
