Charles,
I hope that Caren is doing considerably better today. She will remain in my prayers as she moves in the direction of a full recovery.

well folks lets kick it up a notch. Caren was admitted a little while and I just got a call from what sounds like a very worried Charles. They have run several tests but no conclusions to the cause of the pain as of yet. They are looking to see if there are any stray stones.
Dear Lord of Mercy and Father of Comfort, You are the One I turn to for help in moments of weakness and times of need. I ask you to be with your servant in this illness. Psalm 107:20 says that you send out your Word and heal. So then, please send your healing Word to your servant. In the name of Jesus, drive out all infirmity and sickness from her body.

As I woke up this morning my thoughts turned to Charles and the family. I hope Caren finally see's an end to this pain today and comes home healthy. Thats my wish for my Birthday!!!

For those of us that will have effects but not like our Northern friends, Please keep them all in your thoughts and prayers. This promises to be bad for some areas

I can only imagine the folks who live North of me and to the east many storms and frigid life threatening temps. My prayers are for all of their safety.

We have snow and very cold but not that bad. Those further N and E are really getting hit hard. God be with them.

We so often see members and family's here. I am so blessed to be encircled with Knife Collectors and Friends that see and utilize the power of prayer, often for folks they have never met. I am asking today that we raise our voices, bring a healing prayer to our Lord for Cherry Ray's sister Jennifer. The illness is grave and the Dr's have done what the Lord has given them the power to do. Lets add some power to the medicines.
Lord, we ask today that you bring your awesome power to Jennifer and heal this illness. Also allow peace to the family and let them feel your embrace as they face this illness of their loved one.
