First off, this is not the greatest knife since sliced bread, but it is pretty nice for a fishing trip or camping trip. This is the Mustad-KVD  Model-KVDPK2- I bought mine for about $6 at a pawn shop, but available for around $19 at Walmart & Amazon-3 1/2" closed with a 21'4" half serrated blade,- Other side features a diamond dusted file. Frame lock design, and stainless steel blade.  Mustad is the leader & largest producer of fishing hooks, and the file was designed for a quick sharpening touchup. IMHO, not a bad deal, overall- Neither side, despite the thumbstuds, is fast. However, the half serrated blade is razor sharp. I bought it for the diamond dusted file, & I have no complaints as a touch up file. I tested it on an old carnival tackle box knife that would hardly cut butter. Stropped it with the diamond file 15-20 times, and it will slice paper. Might be a handy on the go tool/knife.
