Hello all,

To give vyou a little background to my collecting. My Dad collector Case XX pocket knives exclusively. I took over his collection when he passed a few years ago to add to my own collection. I have been concentrating on Case vintage stag knives. I also have a sizable collection of lock back and Russlocks that I rotate in my carry collection. I try to purchase 2 of each if they are especially nice pieces. One goes in the case the other in my carry rotation. 

I recently bought a Case Collectors Guikde book by Steve Pfiefer.  A lot of good information on identification especially for my older knives ffrom my Dads collection. I was surprised though not to find any references to the Russlocks or the lockbacks I have. 

I am lookoing forward to your replys. I am also interested in expanding to other makers that use stag.
