Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

I just placed an order with queencutlerycollectors.com on Thursday night.  Has anyone done business with this site?  If so, was it a good experience?  This is my first order with them.  My order status is:

Order Status: Awaiting Fulfillment

I have sent them a message asking what this means.  The sites I usually order from would have shipped the knife on Friday unless there were a problem (backorder, etc.).  Then they normally let me know or the status would be displayed in my account and I'd know what it meant.  I just don't know what "awaiting fulfillment" means.

I'm not complaining and it may look like I'm being impatient.  Impatience is something I'm guilty of more often than not. :)  Anyway, does anyone have opinions on this site?  Any info is appreciated.

On this forum is there a place preferred for questions like this?

I moved it to our "Help section" but you are in the right place for sure. I have never purchased from them so have nothing to go by. Perhaps someone would have some experience and can report!

I know these are the folks that put the Queen show on but  that is about all I know

I've done business with A LOT of knife dealers, but I'm not familiar with them.

Thanks Jan. is this the place ? Duh. Sorry I'm more lost than Paris Hilton in a Public Library. Hehe

ROFL, sorry Mark...This is the first time I ever "lost" a member.   ooops maybe not, sorry buddy

I have ordered from this website and received the knives.  Mike Sullivan is the guy who seems to actually manage transactions and you can find his contact information under the "SHOWS" menu, or the offline order instructions unless that has changed recently.  He is reliable in my experience, and will get your knife out, but he does lots of things/travels and an impatient person might be tested a bit... . They charge PA state tax and their knife items focus on annual club knives in limited editions and some of the basic Queen production knives. Not so much on 2013 or 2014 new items.

I agree with Jan Carter above, organizing the Queen knife show in Titusville has been their biggest contribution over the years. For me that has been the best show to see Queen knives in quantity and quality.  Since it has always combined with a Queen factory tour, I try to never miss it.

Dan,

I have heard from Ryan that the tour will be happening this year but I dont know about the show?
