Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

I know I'm not the only one.  I love the Scout knives.  I don't care if you call it the Camillus C-4 pattern, Boy Scout knife, camp knife or what have you; I think it is one of the greatest and long lived patterns out there.

Just about every knife maker in the world has made one so no matter what brand you collect you should have at least one Scout/camp/hobo.  and if you don't have one and you go hiking, camping, fishing or some other type of outdoor activity what knife are you carrying in you pocket and what have you done with it?

Here is one of mine.  It is the Case Scout Jr. (one of the few that probably won't be carried.)

Very Nice, Ken.   I also have the bottom one but not the top one.   While I'm not a fan of red jigged bone, I would take that knife in a heart beat.

They are real sweet. Are they both Case XX ? They are in good shape for their age.

Robert, yes they are both Case XX.

I love them. I am more of a Hobo collector, than a scout. I may try put up a picture of some in my collection. I have trouble, with pictures.

I took this pic at the CKKC Show

That's a nice group, of scouts...Wow.

Great set!  Wish I could afford it!

Tobias, I took that pic with you in mind. I think he was asking $3500 - said the box was worth $1000.

I scored a Ulster WWII Hobo, yesterday. I'll try post a picture later. Does anyone collect Barlows? They are another one of my weakness's....lol  I love Barlows, there is such a wide variety of them, from different brands. I just noticed Miss Jan collects them.

Just saw one of these in a Catalog yesterday.

Ever seen one of these? A Ridge Runner.

They are  modern day, and made in China.  They go for about $4 new.   They are what you expect they would be for that price.

See:  The amazon listing

It appears small, how big is it?
