Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

A pair of simple sweats, just pants and a fleece shirt.  Seems like a light request for folks we owe so very much too.  Can iKC step up and help Sue in her mission to see them smiling and warm?  I know I can, I will buy 2 full sets with socks and get them sent to Sue.  One to remind me of my father and the other of my uncle, in their honor I will make another Veterans warm and comfortable.

I challenge each of you to send 1 set to Sue as they begin getting ready for the season.  Out shopping for families and friends?  How about for a hero?  Join me please

You have officially Adopted two Veterans Mr Cooper and Mr McKenny for Christmas !!!!

They are always so thankful for their Gifts , It will be so fun for them this year to know that their's

came from the Heart...Honoring them and your family members too.

Sue

I adopted two veterans also for christmas...one is Mr Pence, the Other Mr Punkn..found out he was from hawaii...so i will add something from my recent vacation to his package..

Sue

Thank you Ms. Sue, for the opportunity to say thank you to these two gentlemen

Sue that is wonderful!  He will be very excited to see something of home

Our Junior auxiliary members did get together and made out some cards, some cute little hot cocoa santa mixes and some other artwork to add to the bags and boxes..This is such a magical time of the year to show our respect for the Veterans...makes chills go up your spine!!!!!!!

Sue

Sue,

One of the reasons I wanted to be involved with your Auxiliary is that it truly is the community that becomes involved with you all to make this happen for our Vets. Bless all that gave in time, prayers and materials to make this happen!

A couple pic's from the sweats for vets....someone had some on their phones....lol

Thank you Sue for sharing these!  With as cold and long as this winter was, I am glad everyone helped a group of our Veterans stay warm!
