Going through my knives I found a nice little MOP folder with heavy file work and the outline of a heart on the clip.  Does anyone know a maker who uses this mark?  It's obvious from the level of his work that he is note a novice to knife making.

Well Thanks Jim, not sure of what tht is. I am sure John will check in, but anychnce you have a picture?

It's not that intricate, just a heart outline engraved on the pocket clip.  I have a feeling that the knife may be by Jim Downs.  I put it back in storage before I thought to ask others via the forum.  After I get the knives sorted out for the auction I'll be resorting my collection and updating the inventory.  I'll get a picture then.

Jim, I'll be happy to try and help--- Tough to say without a photo or 2--You can tell a lot about a maker by his style, materials used, and filework.
