Yes we certainly did want to see it. I am inclined to agree with John, I really think a curator should see these. If nothing else Michael to be sure you have them insured for their true value
John, as usual you have steered me in the right direction. I searched Shillelagh and found enough to say thats what ive got. cool. My dad had it labeled as a fiji island throwing club but i knew that was wrong. This measures 19" long and the head has saw marks and flats, very simular to one I found online. I just might keep this one.
Michael-I think I may have figured out the first one- I believe it is an American Indian talking stick as used by many Native Americans.
