What about this knife?

You guys are going to get tired of me asking questions about my knives.  But can anyone tell me anything about this knife?  I know it is a cheap knife but it was  a CHRISTmas present from my mother who passed on several years ago.  It has great sentimental value to me.

Even with those numbers on its box, I have not been able to find anything on it.
