Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

We have a great group "EDC Club" and has a lot of good topics, but no place really to post your EDC. And you have to be a member of that club to post on that group. I have been using a couple of posts in that group for my EDC's but does not relate to the topic.

SO - how about an ongoing Discussion with pictures of what you are carrying today?.

What are your favorite EDC's?   What is your EDC lineup?

This will be for all IKC members, not just members of the EDC group.

So Post those Everyday Carrys and show us what you are carrying today.

Howard, were you pointing out Plumbah as a lefty or me?    Tobias (also a lefty!)

Tobias,

It was for Plumbah (left handed holster), but glad to know that you, too (as I am) a lefty.  Plumbah is not however, but has left-handed sympathies.

Here's some pixs of my EDCs over the last eight months or so. Buck Bantam, Cryo, Coast and the little Pakistani folder. Currently switching between the Pakistani and Coast. Was disappointed in the other. Notice the SAKs. I don't know how humans can do without these! I always carry them. They're a little beat up but always serve their purpose and I mean always. The next pix are some knives that are in the pipeline for daily usage. A Kershaw 3/4 Ton, Kershaw Thermite (lightening fast opener) and Bear & Son walnut handled trapper. Now I have a question about the B&S. It has hardly any snap - sort of whimpy. The spey blade doesn't open all the way - at least that what it seems to me (see pix below). Is that poor manufacturing? I have no intention of returning it though.

I had no intention of picking these up but the price drove me to buy. They're not listed as seconds or anything like that. I complain lately about Kershaw but here I go and buy two more. Glutton for punishment? I hope they perform well. Paid a few cents under $11.00 (cost, shipping, tax) for the 3/4 Tom - that was the cheapest.

We shall see............

Michael D.,

I agree that the little SAKs (Classics) are indispensable.  However, I can only manage one at a time in my pocket. That pocket has in it a Case Butterbean, lip balm, disposable lighter, and the best man's pen on the planet (IMO) [Zebra Telescopic] in addition to the SAK Classic.  The other front pocket has truck keys and pocket change in it.

I know what you mean. The beat up SAK is on a key chain. Keep looking at the Telescopic; on your recommendation I'll try one. Thanks.

Michael,

Not that I have ever Speyed a bull before, but I have a few stockmans where the spey blades open at that angle too. As for the "Snap", if you have a weak backspring your stuck with it.

Carrying this Delica today.

It'll clip to a shirt pocket, but the best part is that it lays flat in a man's pants pocket when you aren't wearing a shirt with pocket.  You'll never be without a pen, if you leave it in your pants pocket as an EDC.

I've really taking a liking to the delica. It is not to small nor is lacking for most tasks.
