I am trying to make some simple kitchen knives. I bought some Schrade factory blades at auction and I have some nice pieces of mule deer horn for the handles. I was hoping some one out there could tell me what the best glue is to use on this project

2 part, 5 min epoxy

I have had good luck with the 2-part 650 toughened epoxy from West System.

Takes 10 hours to fully cure, but crazy strong, shock resistant, and the next thing to waterproof.  The handle material probably soaks up more water than the epoxy.
