Does anyone have experience with Wood Bear Knives?  I am looking for 2 - 3 light camping fixed blades and the Wood Bears Bushy Wood Bears Bushy in either O1 or D2 looks pretty nice.  In general, I am looking for 3 3/8" - 4" blade with roughly a 4" handle in O1, D2 or 1095.  It will be a camping knife and not a survival or bushcraft knife so I prefer a slicer rather than something stout.

Thanks

David

I have 7 or so Wood Bear knives, and I'm pleased with them and their performance. For what you're looking for, I would recommend the Nordic Bear 2, or the Karhu 2. Most of his blades come standard in 5/32", but I would suggest a 1/8" blade for your stated purposes. I don't have any experience with the Bushy, but I think it will suit your needs as well.

I am unfamiliar with Wood Bear Knives. I'd love to see and hear more about them. Please.

Here are a few of mine.

Here are a few of mine. The top 3 on the left are the BCNW-01 knife. The bottom left is a Little Bear. Top two on the right are Nordic Bear 2, and the one under them is a Nordic Bear 1. I can't remember the name of the bottom right.
