Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

I have this Colonial Forest Master knife.  The scales are somewhat loose, the bail is missing, and the main blade has a nick in it.  If anyone wants it, I will mail it to the first person to send me their address in a personal message.

Well pictures are to follow hopefully tomorrow(If I have time) but you will not believe the difference in the knife!

Yes there is a whole story here on 3 iKC members coming together for an exchange of some great knives!

I would love to hear the story and see the knives!

Jan, the full story is not complete yet.   When it is, Hog and I will post the story with before and after pics.

Well here it is the very same knife as it appears above! This time having been cleaned, polished and a chip ground away by Stanley May! http://www.iknifecollector.com/profile/StanleyMay?xg_source=profile...

Here is a close up of the tang stamp of that same knife! What was a cast off on eBay is now a great example of Colonial Cutlery at a point in time. Great knife...now for a bail!

Great job. looks so much better.

Thanks Robert! It looks completely different and I am most thankful to have it in my collection!

Man that was some good cleaning!
