Well I have ordered a Northfield #92 with a Spear blade and Che Chen handle , we will see how it opens in due course !!

Well I received the Talon today and it is very easy to open even with the nail nick seemingly too near the pivot. I guess I should have realised that GEC would know what they are doing, but it did look strange on the first pictures. This is the easiest knife that I have to open ,though the spring doesn't feel too weak in any way, just about the right amount of W+T .

It has taken a while to report on this as the customs made off with the knife and held it to ransom for a while, some you win etc !
