Bambi is dead!
Went hunting this afternoon. Shot this eight point deer about 3:45. He weighed 117 pounds on the hoof. He gave me about a 30 yard shot. My rifle is a .30-06. I shoot a 150 grain Remington CoreLokt bullet. He went about 30 yards after I hit him.
Here is a better picture of his rack.
It was kind of a funky rack. He had four brow tines. You can see the brow tines in this picture.
Got my four wheeler and my little tilt bed trailer and hauled him to my truck.

That may be a little different for a rack but I really like for some reason. Congrats on meat in the freezer!

Congrats Charles! Interesting rack with the brow tines! You gonna have your butcher do the head? Good year for hunting everywhere. Everyone I know that hunted got a deer!
