Heard tale of a some Case Brothers blades floating around. I got a bead on them now and have a call into them. The president of the NKCA emailed me about them and send me a pic.....one is a masterblade of a toenail. Here's what he said about them- "They are Case Brothers blades used by the machinists to check the tolerances. Each is stamped Tested XX below the swedge and engraved with a control number on the tang. " I'll try to get a better pic for us here.
