how is the flex on the blade?

Great looking knife.

It flexes VERY well...we have sold lots of them and no complaints yet!

Damn, that is a lovely knife!  I "Jones" after Damascus.

I only fillet four, five (hundred) fish a year and the biggest beef I have with fillet knives is that when you make the draw stoke behind the gills or drawing the blade back through the skin/meat--when your hands are really slimy--is the damn knife stays in the flesh while your hand slides off...That lanyard, drooping portion would certainly keep your hand in place.

Again, lovely design and fabrication.

Would it be available in stainless, G10 and Kydex?

Sure is a great looking knife.

That is G10 on the handle!  That is the beauty of it.  As for stainless and Kydex you could call and ask him.  Kydex is not my thing it is his. The heat does not do well with my skin. :(  His phone number is 229-591-0013 and he is available today and tomorrow!
