Great Ron, I have my youngest grand daughter, enrolled in a hunter safety class. It's all good, you can't have too much knowledge.
My cousin called and we are all gonna get together and go fishing, then go to his camp, clean them up and cook supper and spend the night. We like to make a gravy and fry some. I'll take some pictures. We should pass a good time.
Wish I was there to go with you Robert. I probably go out to the farm. Then there will be fireworks here at the Lake.
Anyone have some Outdoor plans for this holiday weekend? I may go catfishing.
A guinea and oyster gumbo is one of the best.....yum yum..
My neighbor gets a few guineas every spring. Really noisy birds. They always end up becoming supper for some other animals.
Yep, I'm in the older than dirt group. Shoot, my sister is 7 years older than me so I don't feel too bad.
Ya'll remember the Davy Crockett song. Lets see, "Davy Crockett, king of the wild frontier". That's all I can remember...Ha..Ha..
LOL, yep. The coolest kids on the block all had coonskin caps
Ron, I had the hat and the outfit, and I used to wear it to. Davy Crockett was my idol and hero. I just wanted to be like him. Roaming the woods, hunting, and carrying a rifle and a KNIFE. Yes, us old guys remember 'the good ole days".
