The little fillet knife on the right is the only fillet knife I have found in carbon steel and is flexable. It really takes a sharp edge for cleaning fish. Grilled veggies and fillet fish is hard to beat, my mom really loves it.

I made a little fishing trip this A.M. to catch us a mess of fish for the grill tomorrow night. I did just fine for the amout of time I had to fish. I thought I might post a few pictures to give people some ideas on great photos for the contest. I'll see what I can dig up.

That swamp looks like a coo place.We don't have much of that in Africa.
Miss Jan, I love the swamp, there are so many different terrians all mixed together that make up the Atchafalaya Basin. I'll try post more pictures of the woods and water that I hunt and fish.
Maybe Monday, I'm thinking that would be a good day.
