I read a book and it said the settlers ate it, to feed their large families. So I tried it a time are two. There's not too much I haven't tried to eat. Some things were good and some things....not so good..lol

There is a small bayou that runs along and through my property. Well the beavers have damned it up. The parish government has asked that I help the parishes trapper, to trap them. Turns out, the parish trapper is my good hunting buddy. So, I guess, I'll be trapping beavers soon.....lol
