Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

Hello all, I have been collecting Rough Rider knives for about a year and am very glad to have found a forum on this brand. In my opinion they are a bargain for the quality of knife that you get.I buy allof my RR,s from the knife place in lakeland fl,Good selection and great prices. i presently own the following- RR Saigon Sidekick,RR large locking sod buster in black micarta,RR large swing guard lockback in amber jigged bone,RR lockback trapper in the outdoorsman series and RR stag lockback with gold deer etch on blade. last of all my EDC RR441 medium stockman in stag. I plan to buy more! Robert Benton Tampa FL

Great work Robert, this one will make a great Christmas present

"I have a cousin thats a lawyer and he loves all that tactical stuff. No matter how hard I try to bring him over to the traditional side of things."

I started out waaay back only being interested in traditional knives. Then, something happened to me about ten years ago....a bug bite maybe....and I got into tactical knives, Benchmade, Spyderco, CRKT, etc. Then I came out of the fever and realized that I had gone astray. I'm now back home with traditional knives.....and it feels good.

LOL...

a bug bite maybe

I like it all!

i love a mix of knifes.....

Well, yeah, that's one of my (many) problems.....I like too much. My eyes are bigger than my wallet.

very nice.....tones of function there!

Robert, I gotta tell ya, the Saigon Sidekick is probably one of my top 3 favorite knives.  And with over 200 knives and several worth around  $100 that is saying something about  Rough rider. At the price it was an absolute steal!

And its overall look put the "cool factor" off the charts!

I liked it so much I made a nw tiger stripe sheath for it.

Here's the link to more pics.  The sheath is more versatile than the the sheath for the Sidekick or the Tracker

Well I got my SMKW catalog and what do I see on the Rough Rider page...Diamond Jim Pocket Knives. Complete with a story and a Diamond shield and get this..a display boot with a diamond shape on the side and a gift box!  No mention of handle material but it may not matter with all that other stuff!
