Nice pics. 001s is a stockman that was usually carried by saddle and/or harness makers or anyone who might need a leather awl. The 003s is a serpentine jack, you can tell by the two blades opening from the same end. In a larger knife it may have been call a trapper by some companies.

That 001s is a good knife that has served its function well ! I like that the way its built. Very functional.
