Do you have a minimalist kit, or a small survival kit?

How big or small is it?

What do you have in it? why?

Pics and descriptions..

I have a few of them, in various sizes.  the recent discusion on waking up in the woods with only a knife brought up items one could fashion in the field, but it would be better to wake up with your kit strapped to your body.

So give it a go, whatcha got in your bag o' tricks?

The reason I haven't shown my minimalist kit yet is that last October my SUV was broken into and my brief case, which contained my kit and other get home items, was stolen.  I'm currently rebuilding the kit and some of the contents came from the overflow box.

My old kit was housed in a zip-up CD case and the new one is going to live in a left over ZIP-Drive disk case.

"The photos in the previous post are of an old German pruning type knife I just aquired. It surely is interesting, and quite old."
