Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

I've seen several examples of really good looking trappers recently but they are small about 2 1/2 inches. But I will say I not only like the look of the Trapper but it slips into a pocket  so much easier than its larger full size.

Would you say they have a place in the Trapper family?

Yes

Steve, I think they do.  The minis won't take anything away from the full size and they are sooo "cute."

To me it makes collecting Trappers more interesting. I prefer the large due to my large hand size, but the mini is a good looking knife.

Interesting so far the ayes have it. plus sounds like both are collected meaning full size and the mini version.

Most of my trappers are less than 4" closed. I really like the feel of the Schrade and GEC trappers that are 3 7/8" closed. A nice compromise between 3 1/2" and 4 1/8".

Thanks Trand that slightly larger size is good. If you get a chance browse through photos and look at Ron Coopers large Trappers. I beleive two are large bullet Remingtons and two are Camillus and part of the safari series. the wood grain pattern is rich and I do like the size. Thanks for the opinion. We have compromise!

I've been looking at the Case Tiny Trapper lately! I think it's a really neat little knife! I know I'll get one sooner or later. I'm wondering if I'll like it for my small EDC.

In a word.....Yes

In two words......Heck Yes!

I'm sure you would use it for your EDC.......at least for a awhile. lol

I'd like to try one. But. I'm afraid my Peanut will get mad and beat me up. But I'd like to try one.

No. Getting knives is a slooow process. 1. I have to wait for the third Wednesday each month for my allowance 2. I have a BIG "Need to get" list!
