Late Days at Camillus:
The 2007 catalog pictured the 696 Piranha with a fully serrated blade -- only the inner half had been "scalloped" previously.
The handles of the bottom knife here, has the usual flat sanded black Delrin handles -- glass smooth with nicely rounded edges.
In a last ditch attempt to cut costs and maybe emerge from bankruptcy, Camillus stopped sanding the riggers after assembly. The top two knives, a 695 and a 696 with a half-serrated blade, have not been sanded. The Delrin handles have a straight-from-the-mold "sandy" texture and the pivot pins and "birdseye" rivets stand proud of the handle surface.
Camillus shut down operations in 2007.
