so far i wold say circa 1940s ,knife has been fixed.... my guess and this is only a guess is english knife of sorts or mad ein USA but jobbed out knife where USA was not requested on tang.... right now just some guesing... ill actually dig in a little bit. got the books out... just need some more ...well..chill time.
