I was making some research myself as I recently purchased Bingham co. knife. It appears that Ulster manufactured folding knives for Bingham. I found a photo of Bingham English jack that is identical to a Schrade English jack from the same era so it appears that Schrade also made knives for Bingham. Yours looks to me as an Ulster manufacturing.

Thank you kindly Mike.  I really do not know who manufactured the knife.  W. Bingham Co. was a large mid-western hardware store that operated from 1841 to 1948.    This particular knife is as solid as the day is long.  Best regards

I'm thinking that it saw a lot of pocket time in its' day.  I've taken quite a liking to it.  :-)

Bill,

That is a nice find and looks like a perfect carry size.

Thank you kindly Robert.  My little Terrier had sparks coming off the road the other day chasing a squirrel.  It was quite the sight.  That little dog moved like a blur and nearly caught the squirrel in mid air as they both leaped for a maple tree.  LOL  :-)
