Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

I have never seen a knife like this and would appreciate help in identifying the Maker.
The knife is about 8" long, wooden handles and has a cork screw.
Thanks

When you look at older German pocket knives, you'd think at one time there was  law that any pocket knife made for use within Germany must have a corkscrew.  They put them on almost every pattern of knife imaginable.  I've even seen German made switchblades with corkscrews! They were still putting corkscrews on their military issue pocket knives until the mid-1980s!

I agree it is German, Puma of Wustoff, or a hundred more. I have owned a JA Henckels that was a twin to it. Was that two figures?.

You're welcome. I think it is a common pattern made by a number of companies. If you could show a clear photo of the stamp or sketch it out for us, someone may be able to identify it.

I agree with Toby. With the fine grooved nickel silver bolster and steel pin it looks like a German knife to me.

I'm leaning towards Puma or Wustoff.  The Germans made a lot of trapper style knives with corkscrews. Do you know what the secondary blade is?  Appears to a pen blade but hard to tell.

Thank you Mr. Hanner for your reply. It is a two bladed knife. There is some sort of symbol on the base of the open blade the look like an open two bladed Canoe style knife that appear to have some sort of figure between the two blades.

Thank you
