Sweet piece of art .. very functional art !!!

When you state .. "The engravings are decorated with 24 carat golds" .. how did you attach the Au to the Fe ??

Carved steel .. very cool Stefan !!! your tools must be hard !!! what are your carving tools made out of ??

Very very nice .. I see the ripples of the pattern welded/damascene as waves on the H2O surface .. too cool !!!

Thank You wery much .
Not engraved , not etched that is carved steel .The engravings are decorated with 24 carat golds,Both of the sides of the handle ,I decorated it with scrimshaw.
