I've been enjoying Great Eastern Cutlery's Mako design for some time. I'm a big single-bladed trapper fan...so this variation on that theme "rings my bell". This beautiful Northfield edition features a fascinating jigging pattern on the covers. This baby was acquired through my buddy Gary Norton of Northwest Knife Company (absolutely GREAT guy!).

I have to agree, Gary is a great dealer to work with and the Mako is a beautiful blend of old style and new construction!
