Steve... I learn something about INOX. I thought it come from Italy. But I am wrong.So, I am love in with beautiful INOX knife. It was my first hobby when i was young teenager by my late father give me it. Belong to my dad's. I remember he told me about his INOX knife. He did bought it in 1960's. He have been carry until 1980's. He decided and  bought other small knife. He did took care of INOX very well. He never used playing with it. He need used cut to open envelope all the time..
