Ground from an old Farriers Rasp and re heat treated. Has a shaving sharp edge. Still needs a pair of pants though.

I have to say.....I'm still unsure whether it will even GET scales. It's a very nice neck type knife right now.
I honestly haven't decided one way or another at the moment.
