Thanks everyone.

Rob, I finally figured out a way to price my knives in what I feel is a fair way (something that I understand is difficult for almost every knifemaker). And this one would come out at around $165 including tracked shipping. The price could be cut somewhat if no hand polished finish was required. Offcourse there's always the option of Stainless steel or even Damascus or Wootz or more expensive handle materials to UP the price. :-)

Offcourse a full flat ground is my standard. But I thought I'd give this saber grind a try for a change.

I don't know if A.G. has seen any of my recent work. I have him friended on Facebook but so do lots of people. So that's really no garantee.

Jan, I too love this pin placement. This knife is basically a smaller version of the hunting knife I made for Robert Burris. And I first came up with the pin placement like this on that knife. Some people dislike the pins that way. I personally like it.

I wonder if Mr. Ag. has seen your work lately?

How sweet it is! I love it, great work Alex. Your customer is lucky to have such a fine handmade knife, coming his way. If you don't mind me asking, what's the price?
