These are definitely an attempt to copy the "Original Alaskan Pocket Ulu". They're identical in appearance, but have no liner lock.

This one was "open stock" , with a moose etch on the handle.

So, for those that have been keeping on the look out, for the liner lock versions, for me, I'm still looking.
