This Melon tester knife. And Very nice Pearl Celluloid handles with "Florida Citrus Commission" printed on the front, Schrade Stainless Steel blades with blade etched "Razor Blade stainless made in USA", Nickel Silver bolsters and Brass liners, pins. The tang stamp reads "Schrade Walden N.Y.USA" , and SS700 Stainless. The knife measures 4 1/2" closed and Seem Unused condition (light blade scratches). It look to me 1960's or 1970's.... But i am not sure how old this knife... which the year...
