The steel is 1.2379, the blade is about 12 cm. long, and the handle - about 10 cm. The hardness is 60 units. The guard is buffalo horn and the handle is spruce (or at least I was told so). The handle impregnated with a mixture of pine oil, beeswax and linseed oil. The sheath is coated with a linseed oil, beeswax, and is then polished with carnauba wax.
