The dwarf

A few months ago a friend asked me if he can use my workshop to make some knives. When he was done, he gave me a gift - a knife blank. The blank was left on the workbench for a long time, until one day I decided it is about time to make this knife. A few days agoI was in a mood for work and among the other blades, this one was done.
The steel is 1.2379(D2), hardened up to about 60HRc, sharpened at about 30 degrees, the handle is 4mm G10 with black fiber spacers. The sheath is "pocket", sewn of 4mm calf blank, dyed in black.
The knife is very comfortable, it sticks in the hand. I have not polished the handle on purpose, because the man, who ordered it, will use it intensely for every day purposes. There are some minor touch ups to be done and it will be gone.
