Very fine English Hallmarked sterling silver & mother of pearl fruit knife. The knife has the assay mark of Sheffield, England in the year 1901 with makers initials W.N for William Neale. But the blade does not close properly, you have to push it down a second time then it's fine. It seems okay. Very important about Sheffield history very knowledge. This knife was meant for peeling fruit only…. Beautiful handles are Mother of Pearl with floral design. This knife’s size approximately 2 & 1/2" closed
