My small collection of vintage Hen & Rooster knives. 6 of which were hand made in the original Bertram factory in Solingen, Germany, by skilled craftsmen for Mr. A.G. Russell between 1975 and 1980. The 7th knife--in the middle--the stag whittler, was also handmade for Hen & Rooster in the Gutmann factory by equally skilled craftsmen prior to 1975...probably 1950's or 60's? The smallest knife is the Model 104 Baby Barlow and it has polished buffalo horn scales, c.1979/80?
