Unlike the Whittler, this knife is a beauty! The laminated wood handles are nicely finished. Overall fit and finish is very good. Both blade snap to the half stop and full open and have nice closing snap. Blade etch is great and the blades are pretty darn sharp 440A stainless (that's a boy Scout Standard by the way) Of the Bear MGC Scout knives, I like this one the most. At the time it was around $30-$35 and well worth it! The knife is an Official Boy Scout Knife.

Only a few blades do far, but I do like them.
