Titanium handle scales are "hot" right now...and for good reason. Shown here is one of Benchmade's "upper-echelon" Blue Line blades for 2010, the 790 Subrosa. This very cool design features all-titanium handle scales, a solid frame lock, the Nitrous System and a good-sized S30V blade. It has a number of subtle-but-very-cool aspects that I won't reveal here. Look for the in-depth review in the Benchmade Addicts/Knife Reviews forum.

"The photos in the previous post are of an old German pruning type knife I just aquired. It surely is interesting, and quite old."
