Thank you Ellis and Dale.    Yes, it is Ironwood. Jan sent me the scales a couple of years ago and then Donnie made the blade and had Jan send it to me a few weeks ago. I thought they would look good together. I put the first coat of Tung oil finish on it today. I will get better pics when it is done.
